Client Background: The FICCI Aditya Birla CSR Centre for Excellence is a leading institution that promotes CSR practices among businesses.
Objective: FICCI team regularly conducts capacity-building training on various M&E topics, and different CSR organizations participate. Trestle team collaborated with the FICCI team on multiple trainings, with an objective to equip CSR and M&E organizations with the necessary skills and tools and to take full benefit of mobile data collection and data visualization dashboards.
They wanted Trestle to offer capacity-building training to make the M&E professionals more tech-savvy, digitize the survey tools, and learn to build custom dashboards.
Solution: Between 2019 and 2021, Trestle carried out multiple online and offline mobile data collection training. During these trainings, participants got in-depth knowledge and practical experience with mobile data collection tools and platforms.
We have trained over 200 participants from different CSR organizations over a period of time. A few of the organizations include HDFC Bank Ltd., Hindustan Zinc Limited, Indian Oil, NTPC, Jindal Steel and Power Limited, Action for Agricultural Renewal in Maharashtra, Leprosy Mission Trust India, and others.

Participants learned mobile data-collection and visualization techniques that will aid them in future high-quality data collection.
With the help of the data visualization training, the participants were better able to interpret and present data, which improved strategy development and decision-making.
Outcome: The program assisted the participant firms in enhancing their M&E procedures and utilizing mobile data collecting and visualization methods to their full potential.
