Client Background: India Health Action Trust (IHAT) is a non-profit organization that develops comprehensive and sustainable programs to improve population health.
Objective: To monitor and evaluate their programs in Uttar Pradesh (UP) and Madhya Pradesh (MP), IHAT wanted to digitize data collection, monitoring, and reporting processes. They want to improve decision-making through data-driven insights, provide real-time vaccination coverage and monitoring tracking, and streamline data collection operations.
Solution: Since 2019, IHAT and Trestle have worked together to build over 100 forms and develop over 30 complex data collection workflows.
Over the years, we created a KPI dashboard exclusively for IHAT's project. The dashboard interface quickly integrated data from numerous sources, making field work and monitoring easy and tracking work in real-time.

Targeted follow-up and interventions were made possible by the district, block, and investigator-level filters, and the scorecards assisted in assessing the accountability and performance of the field team.
Outcome: Trestle provided IHAT with improved data management, monitoring, and decision-making tools to improve the healthcare situation of rural children in Uttar Pradesh by building a vaccine coverage dashboard.
